The hotel offered a great location close to the opera house and main attractions, with easy access to public transportation. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, featuring excellent showers. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Complimentary coffee, water, and minibar items were provided in the lobby. Numerous restaurants were available just outside the hotel entrance.
