The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always serving with a genuine smile. Rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well soundproofed with extra window layers. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly prepared omelettes. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the city center and close to train and metro stations. A small socializing lobby provided coffee, snacks, and a self-service drinks buffet.
