Exceptional service was provided by a welcoming and helpful staff throughout the stay. The hotel featured spacious, warmly decorated rooms with modern facilities, including heated bathroom floors and French press coffee. Its location was convenient for exploring Vienna’s main attractions, close to Naschmarkt and Karlsplatz metro station. Guests enjoyed a lovely breakfast buffet and special touches like free espresso, tea, cakes, and evening music performances. Parking was available at an additional cost.
