Friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception, made the stay comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was great with lots of social spaces, and the breakfast was delicious with comfy beds. The rooms were spacious with curtains for privacy and big windows overlooking Naschtmarkt. Laundry facilities were available, bathrooms were good and spacious, and the hostel had a relaxed yet social atmosphere near public transportation and restaurants.
