Friendly staff, especially Suzanna who helped with check-in and gave tourist tips while offering treats to children, breakfast was great with variety, the room was clean and soundproof with a quality mattress in the baby crib, location was very close to two subway stations (U4) and tram stops making travel convenient around Vienna including visits to royal castles and Christmas markets.
