The hotel was exceptionally clean with comfortable rooms that had complimentary toiletries, a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks, a kettle with assorted teas and coffee, and slippers. The breakfast was really nice with a healthy selection of food. The location was very central, close to Vienna Hauptbahnhof, TU Wien, the city center, and within walking distance to the Vienna Opera concerts. The staff were super nice and welcoming, providing clear information at check-in and accommodating late arrivals.
