The check-in and check-out process was incredibly fast and smooth, ensuring convenience throughout the stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, providing excellent customer service. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained with kitchen amenities available. The location was perfect, close to metro and various transport options. Complimentary coffee was offered in a nicely renovated building near Rathaus.
