The apartment was in an ideal central location near the Rathaus and Hofburg Palace with U-bahn, trams, and buses close by. The studio apartment was spacious with a separate bathroom and shower-room, a fridge, coffee machine, television with mostly Austrian channels, desk, sofa area, dining table, and a balcony. A Billa supermarket was just across the road for groceries. The building had secure access with a door code and an elevator.
