It was located near the Alser Straße U Bahn station, with multiple grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The check-in process was smooth, supported by clear instructions from an attentive host. WiFi was fast, and cable TV offered various channels in German. The property was easy to find and finished to a high standard.
