The hotel was located next to the U1 station with easy access to public transport and key attractions like Schönbrunn and the Hofburg. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable with a cozy bed and a small closed off lobby area dividing the bedroom from coat/shoes storage and bathroom. The staff were friendly, helpful, gave great tips at reception, and marked birthdays with tart and balloon. Breakfast had local organic products and was rich and tasty.
