The location was excellent, situated close to the U3 Neubaugasse metro station and near Mariahilfer Straße shopping street. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning, smart TVs, and mini fridges. Breakfast offered a good continental selection with fresh ingredients served in a bright area by reception. Parking was available nearby with discounted rates arranged by the hotel.
