The location was great, close to Mariahilfestrasse and Neubaugasse with Tram 49 almost in front of the pension and walking distance to U3. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, and even buying bus tickets when needed. The room was spacious with a clean bathroom that had good water pressure, heating worked well during cold weather, and the beds were comfortable except for one that sunk in the middle.
