The hotel was located in the city center of Vienna, close to shopping streets and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with cozy beds. Staff members were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was perfect and added to a pleasant experience. The location offered quiet surroundings despite being central.
