We found it comfortable and convenient once we settled in, with clear pre-arrival instructions and a helpful video for collecting the keys. The apartment had everything we needed, including a separate toilet, bath/shower, washing machine, fridge, portable aircon, and a comfy sofa set up with extra bedding and towels for our third person.
