Friendly staff, especially Eva who gave plenty of advice and prepared breakfast for us, warm room crucial during cold weather, bathroom was nice and parking was on the street in front of the house, metro station to Christmas Markt was within a 5-minute walk and the location was near the highway with easy access to Vienna city center.
