The location was perfect, situated right in the heart of Vienna within walking distance to major attractions and renowned restaurants. The hotel featured a beautiful historic charm with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable twin beds. Staff were friendly and responsive, promptly addressing issues by arranging alternative accommodations when needed. Breakfast offered a good selection of tasty options. An elevator facilitated easy access to upper floors even with heavy luggage.
