Spacious apartments were comfortable with good amenities and easy transport links near buses, trams, and a metro station within 10 minutes' walk. The apartments had heating, hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, and quick replacement of a broken electric kettle. The location was quiet but close to restaurants, shops, an ice-cream parlour, park, shopping center, and the Danube river.
