The hotel offered exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms with high-quality L’Occitane toiletries. Complimentary drinking water, minibar, and welcome drinks were included. The location was central, just minutes from the Konzerthaus and main attractions. Friendly staff provided thoughtful extras such as evening kits with tea and lavender oil. A garage was available beneath the hotel for convenient parking access.
