The apartment was newly renovated, clean, and spacious with a comfortable bed. It featured separate toilet and bathroom facilities along with sufficient kitchen amenities including a washing machine. The location was excellent, close to the State Theatre, shopping streets, restaurants, and shops. The building had a lift and the surroundings were quiet at night. Small balconies added charm to the beautiful apartment in the city center of Vienna.
