We were four women aged 60-70 and the few stairs were wide and carpeted, so no problem at all. The location was great with sights, restaurants, and coffee shops all within walking distance, and the rooms were spacious with all we needed, including an easy-to-use washing machine. Our host gave clear instructions, checked in with us during the stay, and even offered luggage storage, which was very thoughtful.
