We had to wait an hour outside at the start, and though that got sorted out, the flat smelled like someone had just been sweating there. They charged us 40€ for towels but gave us an incomplete set that smelled damp, and the place was filled with sofa beds, making it feel like a dormitory, so we were pretty uncomfortable during our stay.
