The location offered easy access to public transport, including bus stops within 100 meters and metro stations about 8-9 minutes away on foot. The building had an elevator, and the quiet neighborhood included small cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. A balcony provided a nice front view over a small park opposite the apartment.
