Friendly staff helped with parking ticket and check-in was fast despite language barrier, the owner greeted guests dressed as Father Christmas and gave chocolates on arrival. The room was clean, warm, spacious with a double bed, kitchen had fridge, stove, microwave, teapot and utensils, electronic windows and roller shutters allowed darkness at night. The walk-in shower was spacious and impeccably clean. Location was quiet yet close to Westbahnhof station within 5-10 minutes walking distance where trains and metros connected directly to the city center.
