The apartment was spacious and located in a pleasant neighborhood with easy access to public transport, including metro and bus stops within walking distance. It featured a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and comfortable living area with high ceilings and parquet flooring. Shops, restaurants, and cafes were close by, along with Mariahilfer street just minutes away. The flat was clean overall but showed signs of age in the building’s structure.
