Situated just across the street from Prater, the apartment offered a quiet and excellent location. The space was spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished despite some worn furniture. A small elevator was available for luggage transport. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and basic cooking ingredients, while laundry facilities included a washer and dryer. Public transportation hubs were within a five-minute walk, providing easy access to the subway.
