The apartment was new, clean, and well equipped with a big balcony oriented to the silent courtyard. The location was close to Vienna center with good public transport connection including tram access in 12 minutes. The host was very fair and kind, helped with ... and responded immediately to all questions. A bakery was next door and the complex had a beautiful inside courtyard with a generous bathroom and terrace.
