The location was great, just a 15-minute walk to Vienna’s centre and under 5 minutes to the underground that goes straight to Schonbrunn. The owners stayed in touch, listened to our suggestions, and were really caring. The shower was good, and the beds were typical for Vienna, not quite like what we Brits expect.
