The apartment featured a spacious living and dining area with two well-sized bedrooms, all equipped with efficient air conditioning. The corner balcony offered lovely views over Vienna, including the distant fair. The rooftop swimming pool provided an amazing view and ample seating areas. Security was ensured by fob entry to the building, lift, and pool area. An excellent Italian restaurant and supermarket were conveniently located nearby. Public transportation access was close to the apartment for easy travel around the city.
