Alex was very helpful and friendly, meeting us at a restaurant beside the accommodation and responding quickly to requests like an extra blanket. The location was great, just two blocks from the city center and close to the main tram line with easy access to the main train station. The room was clean, spacious, cozy with a comfortable bed, good quality blankets and pillows, wardrobe, tea kettle, TV, work desk and chair, it looked out on a courtyard under construction but remained surprisingly quiet. The neighborhood felt safe even late at night with places open for snacks or drinks.
