The hotel featured an exceptional location near the Opera and major tourist sites. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well lit with Viennese style. Staff demonstrated friendliness, helpfulness, and a generous attitude throughout the stay. Check-in was easy, and interesting interiors contributed to a pleasant ambiance. A hop-on-hop-off bus stop was conveniently located right outside the door.
