The flat featured well-equipped rooms, including a dishwasher and bath tub, suitable even for four guests. Convenient underground parking accommodated larger vehicles, though it was not free. A grocery store on the ground floor added to the convenience. Public transport options were within five minutes’ walk, facilitating access despite the location being somewhat distant from the city center.
