Huge, very clean apartment with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a wood burning stove with wood. The living room had two couches, a TV, and a grand piano while the bedroom was bigger than most rented places. Martin was friendly and helpful with smooth communication. Tram stop was right outside the door and U Bahn station was just three or four blocks away making transportation easy to downtown Vienna. The neighborhood felt safe with an Irish pub nearby plus grocery store and pharmacy down the street.
