An upgrade was received, enhancing the stay significantly. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully renovated with a blend of old and modern features. The location was very convenient, close to the main train station, metro, and tram stops. Staff spoke good English and were friendly, helpful, and discreet. An Italian restaurant attached to the hotel served delicious food made from quality produce.
