Very clean and spacious rooms with heating and a bathroom heater, friendly staff especially at reception who provided clear instructions and helped with filling water bottles, private paid garage parking a few minutes walk away was available, breakfast was modest but good with enough choices for the price, public transport connections were close including tram and metro stations near Westbahnhof and Mariahilferstraße.
