Small hotel, close to tram line 52 stop. Rooms big and clean, bathrooms refurbished. Quiet neighborhood, residential area. Breakfast good, staff helpful and friendly. Garden nice for relaxing after breakfast. Not far from Schönbrunn, a few tram stops away.
