The property featured a beautiful historic building with impressive exteriors and spacious rooms. The staff provided exceptional service, including helpful concierge assistance and thoughtful welcome amenities like wine and cards. Breakfast was very good, complemented by excellent dining options and a phenomenal bar. The location was central to the historical center of Vienna, within walking distance of main attractions. A tour of the hotel’s Marmorsaal and Banquet Hall was available during the stay.
