Our stay at this hotel was truly remarkable from the start. Eduardo and Diego were incredibly kind and helpful, always greeting us with a smile, and Constanza, the manager, made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout. The rooms were clean and cozy, the facilities great, and every staff member made us feel truly valued.
