A quiet and cozy apartment was provided with comfortable beds and a retro-style interior. The location offered excellent connections to the city center via tram and metro, with a tram stop very close by. Parking was available in a secure yard for 5 € per night, which was cheaper than other locations in Vienna. The owner responded promptly and kindly, even leaving champagne on New Year's Eve without charge. A supermarket and several shops were within 300-400 meters of the property.
