The apartment was very clean, spacious, well furnished, and equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The location was quiet near a supermarket and tram station with easy access to Vienna City Centre. Parking was available in the basement garage for 15 Euros per night. The host was kind, friendly, accommodating, and flexible.
