The location was superb, situated in the heart of Vienna with astonishing city views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well laid out. Staff at the front desk and restaurant provided excellent and attentive service. Breakfast was very good, complemented by a high-quality restaurant on site. The hotel lacked a traditional lobby area but maintained exceptional standards throughout the stay.
