A clean unit was located in a nice area with a butcher and grocery store across the road. The apartment featured floor heating, a washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen. Proximity to the metro, center, highway, and shops made the location very convenient. Access was facilitated by a spacious elevator and nearby underground parking garage. The metro station was within three minutes’ walking distance, while air conditioning added comfort during the stay.
