The apartment was spacious and freshly furnished, suitable for two adults and a baby. It featured modern appliances, including a coffee machine, baby crib, and high chair. The location offered easy access to public transport with a tram/bus station nearby connecting to the U-Bahn. A secure garage was available on the basement level for an additional fee. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with a restaurant close by.
