Fully equipped kitchen with a small dishwasher in the studio room. Modern gym that never felt crowded. Supermarket located right downstairs. Metro station just outside, 15 minutes to city center. Rooftop terrace offers stunning views. Near Alte Donau and Donauinsel for walks and swimming. Rooms cleaned every few days with extra towels available in laundry room.
