Friendly staff helped resolve problems and the room was spacious, bright, very clean with amazingly comfortable beds, the bathroom was well-maintained and the toilet hygienic while sofas and a restroom were available on the first floor for resting and convenience, location was central, close to a supermarket two minutes away and subway seven minutes on foot to Schönbrunn Palace.
