The location was perfect, just a short walk from the centre of Vienna with tram stops right outside and walking distance to Museumsquartier and U line. The staff were fantastic, especially Christina who made sure the room was ready early after an overnight flight and helped plan transportation for a day trip to Wachau by sending train options over email.
