We really enjoyed our 5-night stay at this well-located hotel with lovely staff who gave us great tips on food and places like Cafe Gerstner, which we agree is the best in Vienna. There are good bars and restaurants nearby, plus a tram stop, underground, supermarket, coffee shop, and chemist right at the end of the road. When our flight got cancelled due to snow, the hotel went out of their way to help us rearrange without any problems, which we really appreciated.
