The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchen, washer, and dryer. The location was near Hauptbahnhof and Keplerplatz U-Bahn station within a 5-7 minute walk, with tram and bus stops nearby. Communication from the owner was excellent.
